By using AYD, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Account Requirements
To use AYD, you must provide accurate company information including:
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Employee names (optional)
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Free Trial

AYD includes a 14-day free trial.

During the trial:
  • You will not be charged
  • You may cancel anytime
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically renew into a paid plan
3. Subscription & Payments
A. Billing
Once the free trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee for your selected plan.
B. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
C. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. You authorize them to charge your payment method.
D. Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
  • Use AYD for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Upload false, malicious, or unauthorized data
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or harm the App
  • Interfere with AYD’s servers or security systems
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of AYD is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You must have permission to enter employee names or company information into the App.
6. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

AYD is not liable for:
  • Outages
  • Data loss
  • Delays
  • Damages caused by service interruptions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • AYD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability will not exceed the subscription amount paid in the past 3 months
  • You use the App at your own risk
8. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective once posted inside the App.
